Winter may be here but Coverack Ju Jitsu Club is here to fill one of your dark evenings!

If you fancy learning a non aggressive form of self defence, getting fit and meeting some new people, come and give our classes a go. We always offer the first two sessions free to new members, so come along and see if it’s for you – what have you got to lose?!

As well as our own weekly classes at the Lambeage Hall in Coverack, we will also soon be offering self defence short courses to businesses, groups and other clubs. These unique sessions will cover not only the basics of ju jitsu, but also the legal side of using a martial art. At the end of the course you will be awarded with a certificate of achievement.
