Only a few days left until regular classes start!

The first is Thursday 13th September at the Lambeage Hall in Coverack.  Details for junior and senior classes as follows:

Junior Classes:
6 pm – 7.15 pm.

Good news for all of you who would like their younger ones to start learing this martial art.

We can take children from 5 years old up to 14 in the junior class.  Older ones who show progress can be moved to the senior class as appropriate.  Children aged 5 – 7 will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The first two lessons will be free of charge, and after that £3.50 per session. 

 

Don’t worry if you haven’t got a gi. Please come dressed in jogging trousers or leggings, and a t-shirt.  We can help with sourcing the correct gi a little later on.

Senoir Classes:

7.15 pm – 9 pm
14 years and up
£5 per session
Same thing applies to clothing as with the juniors. Don’t worry if you’ve not got a gi, just wear suitable clothing to start with and we can help you to source to correct gi a little later on.

Classes will be on Thursday evenings.

 

For the juniors a years insurance will cost £25.  The licence fee and licence book will be included in this price.

Seniors insurance will be £30 for the year, and again the licence fee and licence book is included.
